In 2009, In England, I have been the victim of a malicious prosecution by three corrupt police officers.
Police Constable Emma Snead of Sussex Police based at Hastings police station in Hastings (East Sussex, England) made a false statement against me. By making a false statement against me, Police Constable Emma Snead of Sussex Police has been committing perjury.
Detective Constable Dave Elcock of Sussex Police based at Hastings Police Station in Hastings (East Sussex, England) made a false statement against me and fabricated false charges against me. By making a false statement against me Detective Constable Dave Elcock of Sussex Police has been commiting perjury. By fabricating false charges against me, Detective Constable Dave Elcock has been perverting the course of justice.
Detective Sergeant Andy Crocker of Cambridgeshire Constabulary based at Parkside Police Station in Cambridge (Cambridgeshire, England) has fabricated false charges against me. By fabricating false charges against me, Detective Sergeant has been perverting the course of justice.

Following the Publishing of the false, untrue and defamatory articles about me in Le Monde, Le Figaro and France Info, I sent emails to Francine Aizicovici, Jean-Baptiste Lafay and Baptiste Schweitzer with all the evidence showing that the accusations made against me were false and untrue. The three French journalists never replied to my emails, I even phoned them and None of them returned my calls.
Following the accusations and articles in the French press. The French Police, The Financial Squad in Mulhouse (France) started an Investigation.
I was invited for questioning at the Mulhouse Police Station by the Financial squad.
At Mulhouse Police Station, I was interviewed by Commandant Riebstein who was the Chef of the Financial Squad in Mulhouse. The interview has been Lasting 5 hours, during the interview, I was given the opportunity to tell my Version of the Story and also providing evidence showing that the accusations made against me were false and untrue.
At the end of the interview, I left Mulhouse Police Station without Charge but the Police Investigation was going on. Before leaving Mulhouse Police Station, I was informed by the Police that as the Investigation would carry on, if there was any new development or if they have any further questions, they would contact me.
The Police Investigation has been Lasting nearly 6 months.
Six months after the interview, I was invited at Mulhouse Police Station by the Financial Squad for the conclusion of the Investigation.
At Mulhouse Police Station, I was received by Brigadier-Chef Valerie Fritsche of the Financial Squad.
Brigadier-Chef Valerie Fritsche was the Police officer in Charge of the Investigation.
Brigadier-Chef Valerie Fritsche informed me that the Police Investigation concluded that I did not commit any fraud.
The Police Investigation concluded that I did not do anything wrong.
The Police Investigation concluded that I was innocent.
The Police Investigation concluded the allegations made against me were false, untrue, defamatory and calomnious.
I received an apology from Brigadier-Chef Valerie Fritsche.
As a result of the Police Investigation concluding that I was innocent and the allegations made against me were false, untrue and defamatory, you would expect the French journalists to apologise to me.
The French journalists did not apologise to me. Even though, the Police Investigation concluded that I was innocent, even though the Police investigation concluded that the accusations made against me were false, untrue and defamatory, the French journalists did not apologise, they kept being arrogant to the very end and worse of all they became bitter toward me.

To this day, I did not receive any apology from Francine Aizicovici of the newspaper Le Monde for the false, untrue and defamatory article that she wrote about me.
To this day, I did not receive any apology from Jean-Baptiste Lafay of the newspaper Le Figaro for the false, untrue and defamatory article that he wrote about me.
To this day, I did not receive any apology from Baptiste Schweitzer of the Radio station France Info for the false, untrue and defamatory article that he wrote about me.
Francine Aizicovici, Jean-Baptiste Lafay and Baptiste Schweitzer are dishonest. The role of journalists is to provide accurate News Headlines and not fabricating stories or taking stories out-of their contexts.
The Police Investigation has concluded that I was innocent.

I received an apology from the Police.
All the evidence including the Police Investigation Showed that These accusations made against me were false and untrue, all the evidence material, curcumstantial and factual Showed that These articles written by Francine Aizicovici, Baptiste Schweitzer and Jean-Baptiste Lafay were false, untrue and defamatory but These three journalists refuse to apologise to me.
I would like to thank the Financial Squad of Mulhouse based at Mulhouse Police Station in Mulhouse (France) for its professionalism and integrity during the Investigation.
